Appraisal Support

The Queen Mary Performance Appraisal Scheme (QMPAS) has been implemented throughout the College and involves all staff. All appraisers need to be trained in the scheme before conducting any appraisal meetings.

There is a series of workshops throughout the academic year for staff who need to qualify as new appraisers, or for those who would like to improve their appraisal meeting skills. To view these and book a place, visit our course booking system.
