Service Interruption on Sat 5th Nov 2011

Dear Students and Colleagues,

As a part of maintenance of the services hosted by IT Services Platform Services, ITS need to upgrade the power supply to the Library ground floor server room. This requires a power cut to the server room and therefore a service interruption. This upgrade is essential to the expansion of the hosting environment for the IT Services enterprise applications.

This means that Blackboard will not be available from 06:00am to 11:00am on Saturday 5th November 2011.

We recognise that this is short notice, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
