Problems with access – 08/10/09

Dear Students,

We have discovered that the integration between the VLE (Blackboard) and the SRS (Student Record System) failed to run last night. This means that if you were recently enrolled centrally on the SRS on a course – that Blackboard will not have picked up this new information to give you access to your online course.

IT Services are currently working to resolve the issue.

Please note though that this does not mean your enrollment and access is correct and has just been delayed – you should still check to make sure you are enrolled on the correct course. We realise that, at this time of year especially, this is causing frustration and we would like to apologise for that.
