Timetable

The Studio is generally available for staff to use during office hours from Monday to Friday all year round. However, it may be booked on occasion for specific events, either training sessions or if staff have asked to have exclusive access for some purpose (e.g. to record a session). We maintain a calendar which shows what is happening in the Studio and if you plan to come to make use it, please check the calendar to ensure that it is indeed available for use.

The Studio is not staffed so if you need to speak to a member of the E-Learning Unit staff, we would also request that you contact us in advance so that we can ensure that an appropriate person is available to help you.

Some of the events listed in the calendar are open to all staff and you can book them through our online course booking system. If an event shows as “busy” then this is a private session. If you require any more information about an event that you can see on the calendar, please contact us.

If you have a specific need that would require exclusive use of the Studio, please contact us to discuss this. Note that this room is not a centrally bookable college resource and is intended to support e-learning across QMUL; it is not an IT training lab.
