Survey about e-portfolios in HE
Just out, a timely survey about e-pdp and e-portfolio use in UK HE. The survey was undertaken by the Centre for Recording Achievement for the Higher Education Academy.

While we are all committed to the e-pdp agenda, as directed by Govt, do we think that e-portfolios have long term legs? Will we realise the cradle-to-grave portfolio across institutions, organisations, for ‘the learner’ to carry through their lifelong learning? Is this desirable? Do we feel more comfortable at the reflective end of the scale or are we attracted to the progress file/log book model? Are these software e-portfolios really being built into curricula?
We’re not sure yet… but this survey is good reading.
