E-Learning Support Advisor Wanted

The E-Learning Unit (ELU) in The Learning Institute is responsible for developing, promoting and providing support for e-learning across Queen Mary, University of London. We are expanding our range of activities to engineer a step-change in the College-wide provision of e-learning. This is a new post to work at the front line of support for staff engaged in e-learning across the College.
This role will provide excellent first-line support for staff with queries about the Virtual Learning Environment (currently Blackboard CE8) and other e-learning services offered by the ELU, both online and face-to-face. The post holder will also produce online learning materials, put in place solutions for effective online support and help to deliver projects on our E-Learning Production Scheme.
